Orders and downloads

Where do I find my download?
After purchase you receive an email with your download link and licence key. You can also log in to your account and open the Orders page to re-download.
My download link expired
Links are time-limited for security. Log in to your account to generate a new link. If you cannot access your account, contact support and include your order number.
I did not receive the email
Check spam and promotions folders. Add our domain to your safe senders. If still missing after 10 minutes, contact support with your name, email, and approximate time of purchase.

Licensing and activation

How do I activate the plugin?
Open the plugin in your DAW. Enter your licence key and the email used at checkout. Activation completes online in seconds. An offline method is available on request.
How many computers can I activate?
You can activate on two machines you own. To move a licence, deactivate within the plugin, then activate on the new device.
Do I need iLok?
No. We use serial-key activation with online verification.

Installation and DAWs

What formats are included?
VST3, AU, and AAX. Installers for macOS and Windows are provided in your download.
System requirements
macOS 10.13+ or Windows 10+. 8 GB RAM. 300 MB disk space. Works in major DAWs that support VST3, AU, or AAX.
Apple Silicon support
Native Apple Silicon and Intel are supported. Use the latest installer from your account.

Payments, VAT, and refunds

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Do prices include VAT?
We calculate VAT or sales tax at checkout based on your location and local rules. A tax line appears on your invoice when applicable.
What is your refund policy?
If you have a technical issue we cannot resolve, contact support within 14 days of purchase. Include your OS, DAW, sample rate, and a brief description. We will review and assist.

Updates and support

Do I get free updates?
You receive updates for 12 months from purchase. Bug fixes are provided free for supported versions.
How do I contact support?
Email support at support@yourbrand.com. Include your order number, OS, DAW, and steps to reproduce any issue.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Yes. Contact us with valid student or educator proof for a discount code.

Night Atmosphere (vocals only)

Is the plugin vocals-only?
Yes. Each stage is tuned for lead and backing vocals.
How heavy is CPU usage?
It is designed for low CPU use. Oversampling is switchable so you can prioritise tracking or quality.
Can I disclose reference gear?
Yes, in a factual context with a trademark notice. Example: Neve 1073, UREI 1176LN, AMS DMX 15-80S, SSL E-Series, EMT 250. All marks belong to their owners.
